- I love the buzz I get from being active
- I am full of energy
- I tried on those size 12 trousers, and they did up
I hardly recognise myself these days...

I saw you on some photos at blog camp you were always beautiful Sandy but now you look super healthy fit and beautiful too. What a great role model to your kids and to me! ReplyDelete@Chris, yes, I think that by taking things slowly it has made all the difference. This is a long term project. I will have to work at it for the rest of my life, but it will be worth it :)
